Just ask the groomer.
As far as his licking himself......Yorkies are very clean little dogs and prone to licking. ......So, I don't know what you mean by a lot. Is it everytime he pees? If so they are cleaning the urine off as well as drying themselves. If he has little sores, I'd take him in. I know that my boys will get tiny lil insect bites from playing on the grass. When I see this I usually just wash them and apply panalog.
