the standard size for a yorkie is 5-7 lbs. if you are getting a puppy smaller than 5lb that was purposefully bred to be small you are in for a heap of heartache and health problems. there are smaller yorkies that just don't quite make it to 5lb. but a breeder that is making a yorkie small on purpose does not you that pup or Your best interests in mind and will lead to a path of heartache and vet bills
