Water that being did you take some from home for their drinking water? Some dogs get diarrehea, and some can get constipated from water change.
Definitely change of routine can make her not want to eat. Did you bring some grated parmesan cheese, and or canned pure pumkin? Some parmesan on top of food might entice. Our boys eat like pigs when we go camping, our girl, turns up her nose at the food, and will throw up, get noose stools, etc. Pumpkin can help bring back those stools into shape.
Are you tent camping or RV'ing it? And btw I'm jealous I wanna be on vacation too
