I seen that also. I thought that owner should pay some fines, do some community service and jail time. I really believe if they would enforce the law on animal abuse and do something with some of these who does these things I think some of them would think long and hard before abusing an animal that cannot help themselves. They had kennel cough and distemper and no water........... |
