Yorkie Found in VERY bad condition--need a rescue group (Murfreesboro)

My friend found a yorkie today at the lake, in very bad condition. Someone who was fishing there said that someone dropped her off and she is always there. She has fleas, not many teeth, my friend said she SEEMS to be older (might just be her bad health though) She doesnt respond to you when you call her (could be deaf, or maybe just used to being in the wild??) She seems very sick. My friend cannot have her at her house, b/c her roommate doesnt like dogs :-/ So she asked me to post this ad on here. This little girl really needs a rescue group to step in and get her some immediate medical help. She also hasnt drank any water, but she has been wheezing and gasping for air. She is so so cute, and so sweet!
If you are a rescue group and you HAVE THE MEANS to care for her, please please please email me withhhhh a vet reference!! She is not in any condition to BREED or just go to any home...She needs IMMEDIATE care!!---
