Ok, down to business. Your baby must be confined for now. I personally like the ex-pen, but you could also use a crate. She's probably peeing and pooping anywhere but her bed. You can set up a pen and have her bed, food, and toys at one end, and her piddle pad at the other. You don't necessarily have to have a dog pen, a playpen for children works just the same.
Or, you could crate her. Place her in a crate and every hour take her out and give her a chance to potty, 15-20 mins. If she potties, give her a little chance to play. If she doesn't potty, put her back in for 10 mins and try again.
Regardless of the method, never give her free roam unless you can keep your eye on her 100%. Learn her potty signals and if you see them, pick her up and take her to the pad. A routine is also great. She will eventually know what time is potty time. It's a bit of a process but you'll feel good that you both accomplished something together.
