I don't know about the other things you mentioned but Dawn or Palmolive dish soap will kill fleas just about on contact. We used Palmolive on the little stray we had here last week and it was amazing to see how fast the fleas died when the soap hit them.
after I washed him in the Palmolive I bathed him in regular dog shampoo and conditioner so it wouldn't dry his skin or coat too much from regular soap.
