Start over. Confine her to an area where you can monitor her every move. Feed her on a regular schedule and make sure you do 'outs' just as regularly. Praise when she goes out and if you miss an accident in, just clean it up without a word. If you see her start to squat in the house grab her quick with an 'Out, out out' and take her out FAST and praise her as she finishes up.

I'm afraid that you've taught her to never poop in your presence by reprimanding her when you've caught her going in the house.
Sylvan is right. Start over. Do not reprimand when she potties wrong. Instead praise lavishly and treat heavily when you catch her doing it right!
