I usually rub some on my hands and rub them down. Kind of like you would put gel in your hair. I put about 1/2 teasp. in their food. If she gets runny poops don't be alarmed the oil is cleaning out her system. Just cut back on it some if that happens. Good luck with those annoying fleas.
