One thing that hasn't been addressed that I would like to add. (if it's already been said, sorry, I didn't see it). You said she only gets fed in the morning so she is really hungry when you get home and you often don't eat until later. may I suggest you leave her some dry kibble down during the day while you're at work. That's a long time for a small dog to go without eating. If mine goes four or five hours without eating and me sitting here watching every bite he eats, I get the nutrical out. i am even scared to go to bed because I know he doesn't eat during the night even tho I leave food out. it's a long stretch of time to go without.
