The dawn will kill the fleas that are currently on her. It is safe it may dry her skin so I would follow with a dog shampoo with oatmeal, goats milk, just something that will soothe irrated skin. It won't kill fleas that get on her later. You have to eliminate the fleas in your house. You could use a flea bomb to your house,but you have to leave your house for the day and your furbaby. I don't use any chemicals on my 3 babies either. I use pet shampoos with cedar oil in it. Every once in a while I will find a flea on them and use Dawn. How bad are the fleas in your area?
