Unless you catch her in the act of pooping in the house, there is no point whatsoever in yelling at her or punishing her after the fact. She will only try to hide from you when she has to poop because she is associating poop with 'bad girl' and will never do it it your presence.
Start over. Confine her to an area where you can monitor her every move. Feed her on a regular schedule and make sure you do 'outs' just as regularly. Praise when she goes out and if you miss an accident in, just clean it up without a word. If you see her start to squat in the house grab her quick with an 'Out, out out' and take her out FAST and praise her as she finishes up.
