The peanut butter would make sense. We go through this sort of thing all the time. Even if something falls in the kitchen...there is a possible flare-up.

Because he had sq fluids and isnt throwing up and his gums are wet, it doesn't sound like he is dehydrated.

He may be very sick to his stomach and it can be very painful, so that is probably why he isn't eating.

Hoping it was the PB so you don't have to change foods. The % fat would be on the NB website or on the back of the bag.

I've been told no on the PediaLyte which I figured b/c it contains dextrose I think it is and with the pancreas and insulin and everything, there are probably better things to give...

Turkey...ground sometimes has skin mixed in. Not something I would give, but I don't want to tell somebody to ignore their vet's advice either. I'd personally give fish instead since that's what he is used to, but there is no guarantee that that didn't cause the flare-up.
