Yes a full blood panel was done, so we could tell it's a flare up of pancreatitiis. I was so fried when I left that I forgot to get a copy of the report. I think this is because my dad gave him Peanut butter to give him his antibiotic to help with his penis problem last week. I didn't knwo that's what he was using. Now he knows not to use that or ANYTING with fat. My dad thought it was ok bc it was a little bit. I said NO AMT of fat is ever ok. He is barking at passerby's that's good, right?

How do I check the fat content in his food????

His gums are pink and look somewhat normal. They are wet.

The vet wanted to put him on an ID food but that's what he was on when he started the pancreatitis and he's been good for so long since I took him off that.

It makes me feel better to know that maybe he knows that his little system needs to rest. Mother nature is also not helping right now and has given me a gift, so I'm a little sensitive too.

It can be so hard to get these pups on the right diet. Have any rx diets been tried? What % fat is the NB?
