It sounds like the best advice you can use is encouragement and prayers... keep up the good spirits and these little ones are fighters ! So ... he will not give up .
So many YT here have experience with chronic pancreatitis, i only found out it could become chronic a little while back... but hopefully after he recovers you can exchange recipes with someone else enduring the same worries. For now i am sure you have good vet care ... that is what he needs. and his momma very hopeful so he will not stress up even more . Blessings.
