Yes, I understand that shampoo is used to wash away dirt. What I believe you both missed in my post is the use of PEROXIDE which is used to bleach hair. Whether you are adding or removing color it is the same thing~is it not?

Isn't it done for the same purpose? That would be to enhance and change the color of the coat for the desired result?

It is my understand that the Parti color cannot be shown but lets just say they were. How would you stand on the use of Peroxide to whiten a Parti's color? From what I understand that is what the division of the Traditional and Parti Yorkie breeders is~correct? So what if at some point the Parti was allowed in the show ring. Would you have an issue with Peroxide use to achieve that pristine white coat?
