I think a vet visit is definitely needed today. I've never owned a dog who broke their tail but my neighbors lab puppy broke his years ago. The vet (I believe) set the tail and it took quite a while for it to heal. Poor baby I hope she is not in pain and the vet is able to set it if it is broken.
