I just bought one last week and LOVE ~LOVE ~LOVE it!

It works amazing and I could not believe how much cleaner my floor felt after using it. I have laminate and I mopped almost every day. Not so much heavy mopping but spot mopping and they looked clean but after using it I was shocked how dirty the water was after using it.

The part that I really like is that also vacuums too so all the little bitzies and hair and gunk that always seemed to be felt even after sweeping are picked up.

Oh and I used it on the tile in my bathrooms (it has a tile tool) and it looked fab
