I too suffer from psoriasis but the summer time helps and winter time I moisturize to death but don't bleed...I had spoken to a friend of my sisters who also had psoriasis...last time I spoke to her she was taking shots Enbrel but didn't have much luck with that.This time I asked her how her psoriasis was and she was all cleared up . she said that her daughther couldn't have any foods with gluten in it so she cooks everything gluten free and it cured her skin...she didn't have a patch on her.. I was amazed! .Maybe this could also help with excema as well. I think skin issues have alot to do with what we eat...It will take some discipline but really worth looking into... Good Luck!
