Her house must be a smelly mess if he is marking everywhere! Neutering will not fix the problem~for sure~if he has been marking for years. In addition to neutering she needs belly bands and a LOT of Nature's Miracle and a black light to clean up all the urine.

Just keep working on her and hopefully she will follow through. Really the female needs to be spayed too. What if she got out while in heat? You need to get it out there to her that she is raising the risk of mammary cancer with each heat for her little female too.

I know I am preaching to the choir but~it just makes me feel better.
