I threw a number out at random. But the price they are getting is really irrelevant to the point I was making. It was really more about ethics, not price.

It's funny, because they are probably sitting around saying the same thing about you guys. "We're not just going to accept it
because you won't go away." One alternative to 'if you can't beat em, join em' seems to be 'if you can't beat em, try to knock them down to your level.' That seems to be the preferred course of action for many lately.
