Well they might have one or two vendors, it really depends on how popular the show is, how many entries they usually get etc.
That no dogs allowed not entered is a pretty standard rule for dog shows.
If you can try to go with someone who knows how the show process works that would be great.
If not some suggestions. You can look up the judging schedule on-line, usually it is posted about 7 days prior the show date, that way you can see when the Yorkies go on, and how many Yorkies are entered. Often times the entry is free to visitors, or maybe a $5 or $10 fee. If you can't find the judging schedule on-line the show rarely starts before 9am. Once you get to the show grounds, there is usually a catalogue you can buy, again reasonable rates, that will tell you not only what ring the Yorkies are being judged in, but the time of the judging, the number of dogs by each class, and the exact information of which dog is entered.
