I agree 100% - you should have been bumped back to priority after waiting that long. It must be certain areas that do this -
I had issues with Comcast and they used to have pretty decent customer service but it got worse and worse over time - especially when they changed from road runner to Comcast - never had problems before the company took over my original provider
my direct tv has been pretty decent - cept for the outages - one little cloud and I sometimes go down - but normally not for long
