I have a 6.5 month boy (3lb) and I just got a little 3 month old girl (2 lb)last weekend. They are just getting acquainted and, being all boy, he can be a little rough with her and she lets him know it!!
It is precious to watch him beg for her to pay attention to him and play. I was watching them yesterday and Chai, the female, found a piece of bread crust in the dog carrier. She started chewing on it and Hefner saw it and immediately went over and took it away, as he does with anything she becomes interested in. He took it to his bed and began to chew on it hoping she would come over and try to get it back. She just sat there looking at him. A few minutes later he got up and brought what was left, a tiny crumb, and dropped it at her feet.
She was tickled and began to play with it, tossing it into the air and chasing it. He then grabbed it, ate it and walked away!! |
