they originally had it running out my front door which flattened the wire - then of course ruined it with all the opening and closing and made my door hard to close - but they did come right out to fix it |
I was shocked too when it happened to us. We had had Directv for years. In our area Directv hires subcontractors to do the service calls and apparently they really had a back log but to put us at the end of the line was stupid. After waiting a week they should have worked us in sooner.
