Hi Roxie. You may have better success posting in the general forums. This area tends to get overlooked. Have you considered looking on Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder. If you're open to an older puppy or young adult you could do a real nice thing and save a life and also save a lot of money. And, if you're open to a small Yorkie mix you could probably find a puppy too to adopt. The great thing with adoption (I have five rescues) is that the cost is generally around $300 - $400 and that will include all the vetting such as shots, the spay or neuter (You always have to consider the vet costs they get expensive).
