You seem to be doing fine. With her being such a wee one. There is something that I do, her last meal at night; in addition to her kibbles, you might want to feed Gerber's baby rice cereal with canned goats milk and a bit of Karo added to it.
Good luck with her. Thumbelina would be a cute name for a tiny one.
