OMG- the look on his face in the second picture is priceless!
And yes, at 15 weeks his mounting was all about showing her that this was his house/his rules. Just seperate them and give something else to do to distract them. If it continues, you can put him in a brief time out (a minute or two) until he realizes that doing that makes him loose out on fun play time.
