Yes, I agree with bjh, I'd take her to the vet to have them checked out. Some people have them removed during spaying/neutering if the breeder didn't do it. The nail needs to be trimmed and some people have reported having the nail snag on something and the dewclaw rips off, which is extremely painful for the dog. This is something your breeder should have advised you on.
