Panorama tonight, at 9, has an undercover report at one of the largest chains of veterinary surgeons.
It says it uncovered very questionable practices including poorly treated animals, procedures carried out by unqualified staff,exorbitant bills often including things not actually done & a worrying lack of concern by staff.
My vet doesn't belong to a chain, this or any other, but I think it will still be worthwhile to watch what can & sometimes does occur when we trust our animals to supposedly caring professionals. |
