wow - never had that problem but have only called service once - they were out the next day and re-wired me. I wasn't crazy how the guy wired me but I didn't have to wait long...
they originally had it running out my front door which flattened the wire - then of course ruined it with all the opening and closing and made my door hard to close - but they did come right out to fix it
