So I got home tonight and gave him a bath. He had a ton of small sticks in his fur along with a lot of other stuff. He was not as matted as I thought, but he does have quite a few still on his chest that I haven't been able to get out yet.
He is a little sweetheart and very timid. I think I gained his trust by giving him treats. I made him come to me and take them out of my hand. He is now following me around.
One issue... he is lifting his leg on anything and everything. Does anyone know who sells bellybands on here? We are definitely going to need some asap if we can't find his owner.
He had a brushing and a good bath and is now laying in my lap. He is a whole 3.7 lbs. He does not feel too skinny, but ate food out of my hands like he was starving. His teeth are disgusting... They are all yellow and his little tongue often sticks out.
