Have you had fecal exams done? The heat can sure cause loose stools, and drinking more water can explain more accidents, but any underlying issues must also be investigated because it is lasting a little long isn't it? You can give her yourself PANCUR_C , it will make no harm, you buy the generic brand "SAFE GUARD" at any pet store and that alone helps with loose stools and it is a more complete de-wormer but also helps with giardia... that is a parasite that can cause diarrhea when stress is present, and the heat can cause stress... if the safe guard works you will need to another round in a week and a third one to cover the cycle of the giardia.
Another good idea is to have a blood work done that is called "complete organ screening" , will tell the vet about her functions.
