Keokis Mom. That's what I use! The break away cat collar

it takes very little force for it to come off. Plus you always know where they are with that little jingle bell. I also used to keep a tag on the harness as well. On the d ring. It never got in the way. But I switched to the cat collars. (for the tag, not for the leash. I only use a harness for walking Missy)
