I agree exhibiting does not make you ethical or vise a versa.....You have to be born with that quality. But, I'm confused what do you mean by have the show title to hide behind?

I'm referring to those who only show so they can call themselves an "exhibitor", because people believe that if they buy from someone who shows they are getting better dogs.
And in most cases they do, but not always. As you said some use it to promote puppy sales. Which is what I was trying to say.
