Thank you for giving YT an update on why I was MIA! On Sun 6/13 my sis Cheryl did have a tragic accident and by the grace of God she is still here with us, it was touch and go for awhile but she is recovering one day at a time.
I had to wait until Mon morning to make my flight out (4hrs later) until the shelter where I rescued Chance was open to see if they would let him stay in quaranten because he was still contagious and I had to JAMM FAST!
WHEW WEE what a 3 ring circus I was so hysterical over my sis
that I didn't even know what I had packed I was just running around like a chicken with my head cut-off -I stayed over a week in Oregon.
The Shelter stepped up and said YES bring him, my husband did-I cried my Chancie baby
.....leaving them there again but what was I going to do?
When I got back from my sis the shelter was blown away at how great he looked and how happy he was. Boy was he happy to see me he leaped into my arms that little sweetie.
Now here is the really great news Chance has had his 3 tests for ringworm and he has been negative all 3 times. That is what I needed to put him around the other dogs.
He is done now! no more stinkie lime baths, no more medicine and one VERY HAPPY LITTLE DOGGIE.
He is my baby and my shadow he follows me everywhere, cuddles with me and now all 5 dogs go for a walk together every night. He adores me and I adore him! I am so grateful he is well and happy.
When we cuddle my husband looks over at us and says "Honey, look at him, you saved this little boy...look how content he is with you!" And he is right and yes I did save this little one and would do it over in a heartbeat!
He is growing little fuzzies and his fur is coming in...I will get a picture out when I get back from seeing my sis (leaving again) yes I am going back again to help her.
Thank you for all your prayers and concern for Chance and my sister and keep them both in yours prayers as I will you.....
