Has anyone ever had something like this happen? Do yorkies generally pass out when sleeping. I was thinking that she was cutting off the blood circulation by leaning her neck on my arm, causing me to check on her in the first place. All i can think about now is her limp little body and how i think she almost died. She seems fine now. Rambunctious and happy, but i'm so stressed. I don't see anything online about this in dogs.
Anyone?! |
Oh boy very worrisome. Like other posters here, see a vet describe the symptoms. It is Not normal for a pup to pass out while sleeping even if their neck is sloped or canted on an angle.
Not sure how old your pup is, but it would be very good to take her in for a vet check
