I started to shake her a gently with my other hand, and her whole body was limp as a rag. I started panicing, thinking she was dead and started to shake her a little more aggressively, and after about 10-15 seconds she awoke and readjusted herself to fall asleep.

Has anyone ever had something like this happen? Do yorkies generally pass out when sleeping. I was thinking that she was cutting off the blood circulation by leaning her neck on my arm, causing me to check on her in the first place. All i can think about now is her limp little body and how i think she almost died. She seems fine now. Rambunctious and happy, but i'm so stressed. I don't see anything online about this in dogs.

Anyone?!
Descriptions can be deceiving and i sure hope this is nothing.
But have you thought of a Convulsion? Or seizure like activity ?
Just read about it and compare with what you saw ...
Hopefully this is not it !
XOXO
