I'm sorry to make you worry--but I've raised dogs a very long time and have never heard of a Neutered male breeding !! Of course I don't have fixed boys ! So I could be very wrong---BUT if by mistake the Vet did not get the second Testical this male could be capable of producing puppies ! Of course the Belly heat could kill any sperm and you could be safe. I don't want to alarm you but for sure I'd speak to a professional (VET) about this matter. It's one thing for a fixed male to hump on a female--but to TIE with a female--I've never heard of that before. I just don't want you to listen to UN-professionals and be mislead---I'm NOT a professional so please ask your Vet ! But Just in case watch that little girl and be prepared JUST IN CASE !! Better safe than sorry !!
