Well I have learned something today--I've never heard of such ! I've never owned a fixed male but my sister has and her males never showed any interest in a female much less bred---and her dog was around my intact female a lot--but can't remember her being in season around him !! Something NEW !! I'd be interested in what the Vet says about this---has she taken him to the Vet yet ??
