Love the picture. She looks so cute in her jacket. I think if you keep at it she will learn to like the water. We use to take my first Yorkie to the lake all the time and he would jump in and swim with the kids. He loved it. Maybe you can get her a baby pool to play around in so she will get the feel of it.
