I know many people who have used it !
This is a different program, you need to research the vet who will take it ... if you do not like the vet , look for another as they have many different vets on their list. My vet does not take it, but i know here in my area of 2 good vets that accept it.
The certificate will only cover the spay or the neuter it self, so make sure to ask about the "extras" you will need to pay out of your pocket, if i am not mistaken, blood work (organ screening) and any antibiotics. Still a great value and i do recommend it, as long as you check the vet you are going to use .
The other posters mentioned anesthesia and blood work , these are all details you will need to check with the vet you choose to use. Some vets will include more on the "certificate" , others will not, and others will tell you the blood work is not mandatory or necessary . Research on what is best for your little one and choose a vet wisely. Of course for me blood work is essential, but wanted to let you know what it is.
If you find a worthy vet in your area who takes it: Go for it ! You will save some "dough" .
Good Luck !
