My husband was walking Fizz when 2 off leash dogs began growling and one ran full force to attack her.
My husband did a dog whisperer thing (made a hissing noise and poked the dog hard in its flank) and the dog ran off whimpering. I'm not sure what I would have done had it happened to me (other than getting my baby off of the ground). Since then I've been carrying pepper spay and hope to learn more through these forums.
