After waiting for 5 plus weeks, LuLu is finally home! We picked her up yesterday & she is doing great. The ride home went very well...LuLu didn't get sick at all & just enjoyed the ride. She wasn't nervous or scared and acted like she had been with me forever. I was surprised by how well she did!
She's done equally as well at home...acts like she owns the place already!
I'm very paranoid about hypoglycemia so I've been a little OCD about her food intake & activity level.
She's been eating pretty good, although she will not eat out of her food bowl. I have to take the food out & place it on the floor beside her bowl...then she will eat it. She's pooped & peed several times since being home...so far no accidents in the house! I'm watching her very closely & so far I've been able to read her signals & get her outside in time.
So, things are going wonderfully well so far!
She went for her vet check this afternoon & everything looks great. She is 14 weeks old today & weighed in at 2 lbs 3 oz. She is healthy & of course, she is very much loved.
I'll try to post some pics soon, but my camera equipment is still packed up from our recent move & I have NO idea where it is! LOL
