I think that video is more a commercial for the product. If you look at the very first picture the dog is a light blue, but the second picture its looks to be dark blue and this is before use of the product, while in the bath. Either a dark or light blue is acceptable in the show ring. There are products that enhance color, and this has more to do with the way light hits the hair, then the actual pigment of the hair, and these types of color enhancers are acceptable. An actual dye is very drying to the hair, and would eliminate the "blue" they are trying to achieve. A breeder who does too much to change the natural look of the yorkie is only fooling themselves, because they will be passing this trait down the line, and some traits are harder than others to eliminate. The yorkie coat is one of the most difficult to obtain and judge for that matter, there are individual preferences among the judges as well, some preferring the light blue while others prefer the dark.

As a side note the yorkie in the video is adorable and would win a prize from me!
