Welcome. I use to take mine to a groomer but with having 4 it was to expensive. I learned how just by trial and error. I found the key is to invest in good brushes and scissors. I use Chris Christansen gold series 20mm pin brush and butter comb. I use a blunt ended scissors by their face so I can't accidently cut them. A slicker brush is also good if they have a thicker cottony coat. It's best to start slow getting them use to being brushed and reward with a little treat afterwards. Good luck.
