How does it buckle on? I see it says "vel lock"...is that velcro? I've been using the Mr. Wags Mesh Harnesses on my kidz, and the velcro has really worked well...What I don't like are those little clip thingys, on each side, that you have to push in w/your fingernails to unlock...They make me crazy  |
