Welcome to Yt! Good luck in your search. I do suggest looking into a rescue or shelter if that's your maximun price range. Also just FYI there is No such thing as a teacup yorkie all yorkies are in the toy breed weighing 7 lbs. and under. Most reputable have some tiny puppies on occassion that are under 4 lbs full grown but they dont like to use the term teacup.
