Poor baby. IBS is such a generic term- I swear docs and vets just lump all GI problems in under that diagnosis. Have you taken him to a specialist?
You might have some help posting this under either the sick/injured thread or the diet/health thread. I'm pretty sure there are other members here who are dealing with the same thing. Maybe they could tell you what helped in their cases.
