 neutering certificate
Has anyone heard of friendsofanimals.org. If you pay $65 you can get a certificate to have your dog neutered or spayed (a little more for females) but you have to use a vet that participates. My vet doesn't participate but there is one not far from where I live. Would anyone use it? |
